Accessibility

Boarding Bridges

Each airline has access to boarding bridges for all flights but also can provide additional support for accessing and assistance through the terminal, security screening process and boarding and deboarding aircraft. Contact your airline prior to your arrival at the airport to arrange assistance.

Hidden Disabilities Program

CIRA has joined other U.S. and global airports already in the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program.  The program allows a person to self-identify as someone with a hidden disability who may require additional assistance.  By wearing the sunflower lanyard, trained airport staff will recognize the individual wearing the lanyard may need extra help, time or assistance to provide an easier, more comfortable and convenient travel experience.  Simply ask at any airline counter for a lanyard if you feel you may benefit from the program due to a hidden disability.  Read more about CIRA’s Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program.

Elevators are available to access the second level of the terminal building pre- and post-security near gate 3. See the Terminal Map for details.
